True love. When you talk to Michelle about houses and real estate, her eyes light up and a smile adorns her face. The Milton native fell in love with the industry and she fell hard.

Michelle’s passion began when she was a child during house hunting trips with her parents. The experience left such an impression on her that she still remembers the addresses they visited, intricate architectural details, and the stories that accompanied each home.

Michelle was reintroduced to the world of real estate as a young adult after an agent was so impressed with her customer service skills and attention to detail that she offered Michelle a job as an assistant. 

Michelle’s love for real estate surged. In 2006, Michelle earned her real estate license and never looked back consistently ranking as one of the top agents and taking great pride in representing her clients day in and day out, she can’t imagine doing anything else with her life.

Since the brink of her career eight years ago, she has assisted over 200 people in buying, selling, and investing in properties.

As a proud resident of Milton, Shaleni has the local marketplace familiarity needed to ensure you find the right property at the right price. As a Certified Negotiation Expert, she is also well-versed in selling existing properties at a competitive price.. Furthermore, being happily married to a longtime contractor, she and her husband can both help with the renovation aspect of your home.

ASHLEY CHAN

Born and raised in Orangeville Ontario, Ashley grew up in a rural area with several animals and acres of property, which allows her to have knowledge, and a foundation of what rural living involves as well as the differences in town.

Over the last 13 plus years she has been managing a thriving Massage Therapy business, 10 of those being right here in Milton.  Ashley enjoys helping her clients through honesty and figuring out exactly what she can do that can/ will benefit their wellbeing.

She moved to Milton 10 years ago with her husband Les where they started their family in 2016 and many projects/ renovations.  In 2017 they found their family home which is when her real love for real estate and renovations began.  She has the eye to see potential in properties and thrives at organizing and carrying out projects.  

Ashley has been an entrepreneur her entire adult life and her passion for real estate and renovations has now become her main focus.  Finding Silver Birch Collective and having the same vision with the same values is key. Ashley is an avid traveller and also loves the outdoors and experiencing/ trying new things.
