Experience the best of Halton's Fall Colours with Chairlift Rides at Kelso
Conservation Halton invites visitors Saturday, October 25th and Sunday October 26th to experience the breathtaking fall colours from a unique vantage point during the Chairlift Rides at Kelso Conservation Area in Milton. The chairlifts will be operating from 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM, providing an excellent opportunity to view the vibrant autumn foliage along the Niagara Escarpment.
Riders must be at least 2'5" tall to ride with an adult or 3'5" tall to ride alone. For safety reasons, pets and bicycles are not permitted on the chairlift.
This event is part of the Conservation Halton: Fall Into Nature series, which includes other seasonal activities such as pumpkin painting, wood cookie branding, and kids' fall crafts and colouring. These activities are scheduled throughout the day, with some requiring additional fees.
Tiny Tots Trick or Treat in Downtown Milton
Celebrate Halloween with the Tiny Tots Trick or Treat event in Downtown Milton on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Hosted by the Downtown Milton Business Improvement Area (BIA) and presented by Safari Children’s Dentistry, this family-friendly event invites young children and their families to dress up in costumes and enjoy a safe and festive trick-or-treating experience along Main Street. Participating local businesses will be handing out treats, and the event features a scavenger hunt, games, photo opportunities, and prizes. The event also supports the Milton Community Resource Centre, with donations welcomed in exchange for a reusable trick-or-treat bag.
